Tri-State Chapter Map |

| The Tri-State Society for Cardiovascular and
Pulmonary Rehabilitation is one of the largest
affiliates of the national American Association
for Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
To meet the growing needs of our membership, the
TriState Board approved the formation of two new
chapters, in 2007. Reapportionment was devised
along geopolitical boundaries. It is thought
that this map is not devised to be exact. It is
to act as a guide for new members to consider
which chapter would be the easiest for their
active participation. TriState is not looking
for conformity, rather participation. The map is
only a guidepost for involvement in the
organization. |

| Each chapter has a chapter manager that
works with the State Vice President to
disseminate information to local members, act as
a liaison for reimbursement issues, and direct
legislative initiatives involving the
congressional districts included within the
chapter. Chapter managers are listed on this web
site under committees. We encourage all
individuals involved in cardiovascular and
pulmonary health to contact the local chapter
manager. |
